LESSON LEARNT AND CHALLENGES

· Lack of good youth recreational facilities at the centre

· Members expectations are many and you can not meet all, this turns into demands.

· Always its good to recruit equal number of men and women or else men have attendance of dominating, recruiting members should be on quality not quantity to the community.

· Explaining our vision, mission and objective to members clearly, these helps members relax, digest what you want and expect from them, this also helps in clearing their excitement.

· Every member has his/her own pace at which they develop some droop out some are on greet transition, its is important to recruit more members thus its important to note each members unique way and needs specific attention .

· Motivation is important this is in form of incentives, training and exposure.

· It's important to incorporate every one in the planing for all idea's help in implementation.

· Being flexible enough to adjust the plan time to time as these checks the whole system and improves the performances and the expected results.
